Usually Human Resources is the Heart and Soul of an organization and we all need to remember the Human side of our profession. The goal is everyone will learn something and leave the training motivated and inspired to make sure they have Heart in HR and pass on these valuable lessons to leadership in their organization.

Tania Proctor is the Human Resources Director and Administrative Services for the Village of  Ruidoso. Tania recently received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration for NMSU and  currently hold both a SHRM-CP and HRCI PHR certification. Tania has worked for the Village of  Ruidoso for almost 26 years in various compacities in the HR profession.
