Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in finance,
preferably in a nonprofit or government contracting environment.
- Proven track record of managing budgets of $10 million or more
and experience with federal and state funding sources.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex
financial data and present findings to diverse audiences.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with
the ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders
